How it works
My online private Savate coaching is delivered in targeted video cycles.
- We agree on a focus.
- I will send you a short video demonstrating what to do.
- You submit your short video doing it (2-3 mins)
- You receive a detailed reaction video (6-7mins)
Coaching this way allows time for reflection between responses.
Video coaching works best for:
- Technical sticking points
- Fight style development
- Preparation for grading or competition
- Breaking habits that aren’t resolving on their own
To be effective:
- Not all questions are suitable for this this style of coaching. We will work together to get the best focus before you start your task.
- Video submissions are best when concise and relevant to the task. This ensures you can progress past the difficulty.
- Please do not send the full video file. Instead upload to unlisted youtube, google drive, dropbox or other cloud-based storage and send me the link via our internal messaging system. This ensures I can view the video and does not require heavy file transfer.
